3.4. Delivery times
- Urban areas (e.g., Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu‑Natal): approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and rural areas: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your specified address.

4.6. Partial refunds

4.11. Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
